When i first started this project, i was 185lbs. This is my 2nd week and my motto has become #GoHardorBeFat. At week 2 I weight 180lbs. Which means i lost 5lbs in 1 week, by eating healthier and drinking lots and lots and lots of water I have achieved this. Now I have 25lbs more to go and if i keep going at this rate i will lose my 30 lbs in no time. Im motivated, and i have great support which helps alot! So Im giving myself a pat on the back, and onward i continue!
